How COVID-19 Has Reshaped The Way We Work

We hope this finds you healthy and safe during this horrible time. Here a SPAN Enterprises we saw the potential issues early on and moved quickly to protect our staff so we could continue to serve our clients. An event this catastrophic has quickly reshaped how we work everyday.

We began to transition to working remotely three weeks ago. We saw the potential health risks early on and began planning for the possibilities of working from home. We take our clients security very serious and kept that concern in play as we began moving our staff out of our Rock Hill, SC-based office.

The transition was seamless, we've grown accustomed to Google Hangouts, Zoom meetings and Slack for communicating. Granted, most of our staff is from the South so this lack of immediate interaction came as a bit of a shock.

We've discovered ways to interact and engage with each other by having weekly video meetings where we play games and catch up. We've learned to take advantage of these times together and realized what we took for granted before. Somehow, the distance is bringing us closer.
This is a very uncertain time for everyone and SPAN Enterprises is monitoring the situation closely and making adjustments where we need to.
